In the case of Company On Net™, the company must go through a comprehensive process before receiving the verification. This verification process consists of three steps:

Identification of the customer
- Why? To prevent the verification of correct company information with wrong e-mail and website information.
- How? The order form which must be signed is sent to the physical address of the company.
Verification of the company
- Why? To check if the company exists and if the company data is correct.
- How? The verifier checks the register and verifies the company.
Validation of the websites
- Why? To make certain that the websites belong to the verified company.
- How? The supplier checks if the websites comply with the terms and conditions and validates the websites.

Company On Net™ verifiers are local authorities – Chambers of commerce and industry (example: Slovenia) or local Coface offices. The only financial and credit report provider for Company On Net™ is Coface, a global credit company.

When the company is verified, it receives a new, so-called Verified Page, which anchors the company on the Internet. No matter of the changes in the companies address, products or websites, this Verified Page will always be located at the same URL. In the next step the company´s websites are validated with Company On Net™ Seals which indicate that a website has a known and verified owner.

The Seal on the validated commercial website – contains basic information about the certificate and on which domain it should stand.

The Certificate – confirms the credibility of the commercial website; reachable only through the seal on the validated commercial website. It stands on the domain https://check.company-on.net/.

The Verified Page – on the verified domain `abbreviation-on.net´ with detailed company information and a contact form.

We have registered over 200 individual domains with all recognized world-wide commercial abbreviations. We call these domains Base Domains. In this way we can grant each company their unique Verified Domain and anchor the company on the web.

The Verified Page contains all official verified information, the company logo, all verified commercial domains belonging to the company and a safe contact form. With this form users have a safe means of contacting the company without fear of eavesdropping or sending data to incorrect recipients. The Verified Page also shows all external certificates and the credit or financial report.

The Verified Page is indexed by Internet search engines and very well optimized for the company name and the main product. The pages are usually shown within the top five results on search engines when searching for the name of the company.

For a better understanding of the system the Verified Page also has the Company On Net™ logo, the logo of the certificate provider, the logo of the local verifier and usage instructions for the verified page. This is an unparalleled level of verification.

Seal on the commercial website and the Certificate

The Company On Net™ Seal indicates that the website is verified. Despite very advanced technology against forgery of the Seal, we can only be completely convinced of the authenticity of the Seal once we click on it. With this, we reach the Certificate of the company which is on the domain
