Company On Net™ is a very simple system for the end-user. Here is a simple walk through in five steps:
- Find the Company On Net™ Seal on the commercial
website you are visiting.
- Click on the Seal.
- You will land on a Company On Net™ Certificate. Check that the URL is https://check.company-on.net/... - you can spell it "Check company on net".
- On the certificate click "Back to commercial domain". Do not click back in your browser!
- If you land on the same page as you started from, you are safe. If the website is not the same, you came from a phishing website!
This is all you need to know to use the Company On Net™ system. To check full information about the company or to safely contact them, follow "To Verified Domain" on the Certificate. There you will find all the officially verified information.
